Part 1:

Before you begin your programme, you will complete a pre-coaching questionnaire which will kick-start your coaching sessions as it gets you to focus on what you want to achieve.

Part 2:

This programme contains seven one hour coaching sessions and together with your coach you will:

• Define your inspirational goal and set your overarching plan for success.
• Review your progress against your actions, your learning and your insights as you progress through your coaching journey.
• Create your sustainable plan so that your progress is maintained once coaching is complete.
• Have an affirmation session focused on your achievements and your long term vision for the future.
• Have a three month post-coaching session which ensures you embed your learning from coaching and that you continue to focus on your future goals.

Continuous Coaching:

• Plus, in between sessions you will have a weekly update call with your coach to keep that momentum going.
• Plus, you will have unlimited access to your coach via email or telephone for any areas you wish to discuss between each session.
• Plus, you will receive individually selected home exercises for you to complete to provide further insights and learning as you move through your coaching journey.
